For events that are taking place in 90 days or less, there will be a price increase.

💎 Have your elopement taken care from beginning to end! Have your wedding expertly planned and coordinated. With this package:
✔ Book unlimited event-services suppliers
✔ Book unlimited event-services suppliers
✔ Book unlimited entertainment suppliers
✔ Book your wedding date with the Registrar
✔ Book your wedding date with the Registrar
✔ Full wedding day planning
+✔ On-the-day coordinator
For events that are taking place in 60 days or less, there will be a package-price increase of 15%
It includes:
Booking and confirmation of your wedding date with the Town Hall
Booking of an appointment with the Wedding Registrar's administration ahead of the wedding date
Guidance via email on the administration process and provided checklist of all necessary documentation you will need to provide, as requested by the Registrar's office itself
Checking of your legal documents with the municipality ahead of you travelling to Cyprus
It requires that all necessary documentation is prepared by you at least 1 month ahead of the wedding date
Sourcing of wedding services & entertainment for the big day (as listed in Bandster Weddings)
Basic options of event styling, including but not limited to the below list:

Bridal bouquet & buttonhole
Lighting
Table centerpieces
Furniture and tableware
And much more
On-the-day coordinator
To oversee and manage deliveries and set ups
To manage vendors
To coordinate timings for a seamless wedding
Travel costs
Event scheduling
Including, behind-the scenes scheduling of all Bandster suppliers (examples of suppliers: make up artist, floral decorations, transportation of couple, photographer, videographer, celebrant, instrumentalist and more)
Coordination, scheduling and handling of payments for all Bandster suppliers
Administrative costs & bank transfer fees towards payments to suppliers
It does NOT include:
Wedding license fees (can vary from ca. €250 - €650. These fees are subject to change by the government at any given time. Your Bandster contact point will confirm the final cost when booking your wedding day)
Any legal assistance
